the staff were very cute on arrival. the room was ready ahead of schedule so i could relax after my travels. drinks service by the pool was prompt. the staff were always smiling and willing to assist.
i encountered some issues with the buffet. it was difficult to assemble a complete meal at times. breakfast was the exception, as it was consistently satisfying. the hot water took a long time to come through in the shower. i had to let it run for a while each evening.

The room was wide. The shower in the bathroom was very wide. The toilet and bathroom are in independent cabinets. The food at Dolce Vita restaurant is fantastic. Cocktails were prepared well at Coral Bar.
The hotel's priorities feel off. Everyday I saw ten people cleaning the lawns. They were focusing on landscaping. I would rather have better service. Paying for tennis balls felt cheap.

the hotel location was acceptable. it was directly on the beach.
the food quality was not great. the buffet lacked variety, and items tasted bland. the service felt inconsistent and also slow at times.
